Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How secure is Anything Copilot? Will it compromise my privacy?

All browser extensions have high-level permissions that could potentially affect browser security. Therefore, Anything Copilot places a strong emphasis on security and privacy. Throughout the design and coding process, we have consistently maintained strict attention to these aspects. Our team highly values privacy and possesses the necessary technical expertise to ensure the security and privacy of Anything Copilot. We will never sell Anything Copilot or your private data because we do not collect such data in the first place.

Why does Anything Copilot require Cookies permission?

Since extensions lack webview-like functionality, we need to read Cookies to ensure that websites using Cookies function correctly within Anything Copilot. However, the Cookies read are not sent to any page; instead, they are provided to the corresponding page in a restricted manner called CHIPS(Cookies Having Independent Partitioned State). This approach minimizes impact, ensuring that only the pages opened within Anything Copilot can read their own Cookies.
